A Moment In Time
Expressing Gratitude to our Lord
Every tree, every leaf, every branch, every speck of dirt.
The birds I hear…
The water, even the fish in the pond…
Every bug, every creature…
God made all of it, together with Christ He is creator of all.
He even created this moment.
He made the things we can see and the things we cannot see…He existed before anything else, and He holds all creation together. (Colossians 1:16,17 NLT)
When He formed me in my mother’s womb, He looked ahead and saw this day — me sitting by the pond, refreshing my mind and soul, immersing myself in nature while studying His Word. He knew every step of my journey of life that would lead me to this moment.
Our God is wonderful.
He has been with me through every trial, every joy. He has counted and collected my tears. He has watched me suffer and grow through mistakes that have molded me into the woman I am today.
Today I am a born-again, redeemed, faithful follower of Christ.
His Spirit lives in me. He holds my life in His hand, and I trust Him completely.
He created the world and everything in it —
each one of us because He wants us.
Wherever we are,
whatever we are doing,
He is holding our lives together and He loves us.
