And Time Moves On

We have acquaintances, friendships, and family ties that drift in and out of our lives. This is the nature of our culture. Friends drift apart. Divorce dissolves relationships with in-laws. It’s sad and sometimes difficult, but it happens.

What strikes me is how we remember people. I recently learned that someone I used to know well passed away. What a shock it was. I remember this woman being vibrant and fun and always smiling…
