I like your method. I buy a calandar planner every year and invariably reconfigure the pages with white out and felt pens to specialize them for my needs. I will be switching to a bullet journal for 2019.

It looks like you are using a Moleskine notebook in your photos. Curious…have you tried the Moleskine smart writing system for your bullet journal. I recently recieved one as a gift and have been experimenting with it. I would love for other users to share their thoughts on the product.
